Well, there was something said about hubris this week. Well played, Vols. Z and I are a little upset about our date with orange leisure wear, but a bet’s a bet.

You have our sympathies. This has just been a rotten day in sports, all across the board. Except in Tennessee and Arizona, I guess.

Yeah, looks like I picked the wrong horse this year. Mizzou looks like they’re the real deal.

Getting back to SEC football, Urban Meyer has made his way to the top of the ‘Most Disliked Coach’ list in the Brewer household…in that respect, he’s a perfect match for the Gators. The best student-section t-shirt of the year so far: ‘Teabag Tebow’ in the LSU crowd last night.

I thought there was a chance UGA would lose, but I thought it would have been closer.
I thought Mizzou would win, but they were just dominant! Lets see if they can keep it up against Oklahoma.
I know I’m the only one that cares, but Illinois beat #5 Wisconsin. Makes this native Illinoisan quite happy.

Matt, I was thrilled to see Illinois win but because I thought that the Badgers were posers, and they were. Also thrilled to see USC get knocked off. I like upsets, just not when it’s my team.

That was such an honorable response I will add you to my Expats blogroll. But mainly because I want to have TWO expat geneticists on my blogroll.
