Thanks for all these musical tidbits! Can't wait to check them out once the kidlets stop screaming and are snug in their beds. It is just too obvious to walk around the house with my earphones in, ya know?

Wow, great stuff here. I've been listening to my woo-woo New Age instrumental station on Pandora all day and need a break. ;)

ooh... I've listened, and now I must have. I think I now have a girl crush on Melody Gardot. Well, her voice, anyway. "Worrisome Heart" as well as "I Wish I Could See You Soon" made me want to sway my hips. Slinky music. I love slinky music.
I just can't do hiphop. I don't feel it when I listen to it. Roadside Graves, I liked!
That's the first time I've ever heard Neil Halstead, and I like him a lot. I think he does, with this voice, what fakes like John Mayer wish they could do with theirs.
I definitely heard the Soul Asylum influence in High on Stress, and I like them, as well.
Francis Eugene Jnr and Melody Gardot are my next purchases. Absolutely.

Thank you, AFM. Just what I needed on this nasty rainy morning.
