Don’t worry, there were covers for all pre-season Top 5 teams (Ohio State, USC, MIZZOU, and Florida)…so all 5 have equal chances for the SI cover jinx. Georgia does have the onus of the pre-season #1 though.

Is it OK to start my anti-Tim Tebow rants now?

What a true Dawg. Dawging out Florida. Too funny. We are looking for ya’ll to represent the SEC again well. Except once you cross to border to the west.

I can’t wait for football season.

Nathan – What the hell is Mizzou doing in the Top 5?

Actually, that rocks – two alma maters in the top 5. Doesn’t get much better than that.

Don’t worry about The Curse. The last several years have been so up and down for every Number 1 team through the whole season. Remember Rutgers #1 for a week two years ago?

The Dawgs will kick ass no matter what. Can’t wait for September.
