The pipeline is back on and functional, but it's literally moving at a snail's pace -- 2 to 3 miles per hour. The tankers are unable to get a full load from the depot stations and are thus delivering smaller loads to fewer stations. What has ensued is a frakkin' panic. That's the quick and dirty explanation. Now, the tatoo on my neck is in fact just the Tide mascot, not me pledging my allegience to the evil empire. That being said, I am a registered unafilliated and I like it that way. Also, I like to think I had something to do with showing Chris the glory of Steely Dan. And Deacon Blues is a fantastic song. Every music fan should own a copy of Aja.
