You know… that age is adorable and all, and I certainly wouldn’t want to have missed it, but I’m also really glad I don’t have to relive it. I’m thinking that teenage is just fine for my kids!
Nothing like a rearview mirror full of sleeping things. I’ve been watching the Austrailian Open. It looks HOT. I think it was 400 degrees on the court. Or something like that.
Those are wonderful pictures. I notice that Timmins seems to have blue eyes, i don’t know if you already know this but blue eyed dogs are very susceptible to skin cancer. On the end of the nose especially. Perhaps you could talk to your vet next time to find out what you need to do to protect him.
Beautiful kids, beautiful scenery….beautiful life you have Down Under. BTW – when I say “Aussie” is that derogatory in any way? Also, are they passionate about Rugby?
Did you check out the link I sent you for military floppy hats? It looks like the little man is set for now, but when he’s older, he’ll totally dig a soldier’s desert cap, I’m sure.
Got the CDs today, btw! Thanks! I’m putting them on my laptop as I type and will keep the discs themselves in my car for that shitty shitty commute that I have from the tween’s school to my office (despite living in town, as you know). Perhaps you’ll save me from my usual awful habit of twittering.
Chris – I thought you may be unimpressed about that little girl. What can I say? The boy’s a lady killer. Just like his old man. Don’t worry, our little ‘arrangement’ is still in place. The sheilas can take a back seat. Boy Z is getting and American girl.
Looks idyllic! I too love the ‘cowboy’ shot and the last ‘plum tuckered’ photo.
So, the heat is getting to you eh Yank-boy?? Now you see what life down under is REALLY all about. Let’s just pray the grid can cope with the excess energy demands. I think Port Adelaide and the Hills were blacked out today
Pool’s always here if you fancy a dip and can brave the snake. (Yup we’ve haven’t caught it yet….)
We post MP3 files on this site. Buying music supports artists and all of these songs are up for listening purposes only for a short time. If you’re an artist or label who wants the song taken down, please e-mail: chris[at]afreeman[dot]org.

I love the one of Z draped over the wooden railing. Put a 10-gallon hat on him and he’s a little cowboy.

Prefers – Thanks.
Tys – Actually, yes. It’s getting to be a bit, um, uncomfortable. 90’s and 100’s this week.
Lara – I’ll take it while we’ve got it.
Nichole – It was.
NS – I know, I love that. They were both still wet and knackered from the beach.
Courtney – Do you know that song from the 80’s (potentially before you were born), “I Wanna Be A Cowboy”? Great song.
Mongola – Glad they got there!
Gypsy – Were.
Carolyn – It’s damn hot. But it’s a dry heat. Dry or not, it’s still damn hot.
