As far as beauty and attractiveness goes...my theory is that there is someone for everyone whether both individuals are (by opinion of majority) hot or ugly, smart or dumb, whatever. I tend to believe that we pair up based on a complex formula of looks, intellect and a side of randomness. Some women might bear children for an ugly dude who has a big wallet. For guys, it's a different story. We're even less selective. My wife sometimes talks about morbidly obese ob patients. I often ask "How can that be - she's 350 pounds? Yikes."
