Not so little and not so Max, apparently. After a night of reflection, Dr. O’C has decided that he’s more of a Harry than a Max. All irrelevant really as what we need is a good internet pseudonym. Any suggestions are welcome.
Blur’s ‘Turn It Up’ is Harry’s birth song. Wouldn’t have been my choice, but I’m a big proponent of the random playlist…
More pictures to follow.

Will not the Free Foetus just become A Free Baby? I guess that’s only a temporary pseudonym isn’t it? When I named the Baby Angel she was still a baby (at 11). She refuses to be renamed however.
btw: I quite liked Max you know Dr O’C; what excatly makes someone ‘more of a Harry’?? ;-D

Max, Harry, either way, both awesome names.
Not to belabor the point, but while we’re changing names, how about Jake? Because then I would have COMPLETELY owned the pool….

I love Harry, good name but I liked Max too. I wanted to give Izzy like 8 middle names so I could use up some of my fav girl names knowing we were done. If we had had a boy, probably would have been Henry Hudson Cole Wyatt…..
Pseudonym= Hairy? Scary? FreeJr? Son Part Deux? Boy Version 2.0? I vote for Hairy, people not in the know will assume he has a think luxurious baby mane.

Harry – nice, less common than Max. Harry stems from the meaning ‘home ruler’ or ‘army ruler’ or ‘commander’ so perhaps: his majesty?

And what was wrong with Nigel? More of a Nigel than a Harry, by the looks of things.
Max is a great name unless your surname is Power of course! Harry has a ring of the royal about it (pity the current Windsor to hold that name is a jerk!)

Holy cow!! As soon as I saw your page begin to load and the Georgia background popped up, I was gonna bitch at ya, but no way! Looks like I made it back just in time! Congrats! Momma and baby are absolutely gorgeous!!
I, personally, like the name Harry. However, I have to disagree with people associating it with royalty. I have to wonder how many people will tease you that he’s been named after Harry Potter!
Again, I’m so happy for you guys!

It took us 3 days to name our second one. I like both names– but I’m confused– are you saying you’re really not naming the baby Max? or are you just looking for an internet name for him??

Congratulations. As long as he doesn’t end up called Rol, I’m sure he’ll do fine.
You could just follow the earlier and call him Baby H. I’ve always assumed that Boy Z used the boy’s first initial, but if I’m wrong, just call the new one Baby Y (or X for more mystery) and follow him along to Boy Y.

Congrats again! If you had named him Max, if he ever came to the States with his accent, everyone would call him Mad Max. OK, that would be pretty cool. Hope Sinead (and Boy Z – an adjustment no doubt) are doing well.
In honor of the birth of your child, I will forgo the obligatory Georgia bashing this comment.
How about The Prince? After the British Prince Harry? Or Potter?
Or maybe since Max isn’t his real name, it can be his online pseudonym? Either way, I’m glad everyone is happy and healthy.

Max can be his Internet alias!
I see Nichole beat me to it, but I was thinking more along the lines of “Not Max”. BoyZ and Not Max has a nice ring to it.

I like Max, but I like Harry better. Actually, I prefer Henry with Harry as a nickname. I’m traditional like that
Todd and I are actually considering Henry for a name if we have two boys (My husband has selected Brody as his first choice for a boy. I hate it personally…but I figure he should get to name his boy, you know?)

I like Harry. BUT, you could use Max as his internet name. You know, just to confuse everyone.

Ariza – A Free Baby would have implied a preference for #2 that I would be uncomfortable with.
Muskrat – Taken. I hate to be derivative. Otherwise – top of the list.
Ginny – You did well enough, I think.
FF – I don’t know if you have them, but there are a great series of kids books down here about a black dog called Hairy McClary. This is the reason that I finally agreed to Harry as a name.
Jud – I actually really like Vince, but I’m happy with our choice.
Heather – Yeah, that’s one of the things I worried about with ‘Max’.
Runsdeep – He’s no Nigel. Maybe a Stuart, though.
Jams – The royal connection is why Dr. O’C likes it.
Angel – The Potter connection is why I like it.
Xbox – Yeah, that’s a bit harsh.
FGIS – He’s really not Max.
Rol – Thanks.
Jacob – Boy Omega?
Jamie – You know, deep in your reptilian heart, that someone is going to beat the Gators this year, don’t you?
Congratulations. Great pictures of the newest arrival. Not Max is beautiful. It appears he arrived just in time to watch football with his dad. So, all the late night feedings will be when the games are on? My best to you and the Doc. The G Max is on the scene.

Courtney – I just realized that you were the first person to suggest Max as an internet name so my apologies for failing to acknowledge you.
Beth – Oh, I would love to!
Nichole – Your wish is my command.
NATUI – Not Max is even better.
Gwen – I thought about Henry, but we have some close friends who have a son named Henry and it looks a bit lame to copy them.
Alice – Well, we could go to different alphabets. Greek? Cyrillic?
Jill – Thanks.
Veronica – Confusion is my goal.
Busy Dad – Exactly. Early mornings listening to the ‘Dawgs.
