Hi Chris- Love your blog and I'll be adding you to my blogroll. Also an American expat in Australia... since 2003. Born in NY, but moved all over and spent much of my childhood in Florida, just outside Tampa. Still a Seminole at heart too! Love your photos... avid phototographer myself. Oh and the best part, you are an Obama supporter yourself. Thank god for that! :-) All the best in your adventures! Cheers!

“The mission of Columbia High School is to provide a safe, effective environment in which students can learn, and teachers can teach.”...“We are Columbia High School, we’re proud of our students and teachers, and no one can change that.”...“When it all boils down, those aren’t just words - they’re far more than that. Just ask any student, faculty or staff member, administrator, alumni, or almost any citizen of Lake City, Florda (think the author meant FLORIDA?).” http://ccsb.members.atlantic.net/ColumbiaHigh/index.html

I always wanted to know why the indigenous people of 48,000+ years ago, only first started to vote a few years ago. “Ask Australians when Aborigines got the vote and most of them will say 1967" http://www.aec.gov.au/voting/indigenous_vote/aborigin.htm

My vote was for Pauline Hanson’s One Nation.
Gotta love those Brizzy gals.

“ I believe we are in danger of being swamped by Asians... They have their own culture and religion, form ghettos and do not assimilate. A truly multi-cultural country can never be strong or united...America and Great Britain are currently paying the price." - Pauline Hanson

I believe in CDV, the politically minded moral driven Ph. D, music lover expatriate that finds himself residing in a country upside down. I am just trying to figure out how the nerd became such a street smart kid, or is it the other way around. Your life in textual content is a real good read , add the visuals and it is a beautiful insight. Thank you for sharing some pieces of your ideological structure and brilliant photography.
